As a full-service E²MS service provider, R&D Elektronik manufactures and develops electronic products of the highest quality. In accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 + DIN EN 61340, IPC, zero-defect policy, continuous improvement, regular training – every defect is analysed and the cause eliminated. We are certified to issue the UL Recognised Component Mark. This makes it much easier for our customers to obtain the UL Listed Mark.
Our commitment to the highest possible quality guides the entire company. We are committed to the process concept and continuous improvement, it is an important part of our daily work.
Product design is crucial for safe operation and fault-free production. EMC and production-compliant product design are considered and tested at an early stage of development.
We source top-quality parts and rely on our large network of proven and reliable suppliers. In addition, we regularly evaluate our suppliers and components are examined by an external test laboratory.
Safe storage against environmental influences is a given for us; R&D Elektronik also protects sensitive components by storing them in a climate-controlled environment.
It couldn’t be better: modern machinery from top manufacturers for fast and precise production of customer products, compliance with IPC guidelines, extensive and state-of-the-art testing technologies for quality assurance, special microscopes for optical inspection, seamless traceability of assemblies, trained specialists, ESD protection in accordance with DIN EN 61340.
Tailor-made packaging for each component or product secures the shipment, minimising transport damage and, for example, invisible consequential damage.
